Delivery of your parcel

From the point at which you place an order with massimo shop your parcel is packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. Parcels are sent through DHL or Fedex. The shipping/expedition fee depends on which country you live in, When placing an order in our webshop you can see the exact shipping costs on the checkout pages, before your make your final acceptance. Tracking info will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.

If your goods are damaged during the transportation, massimo shop is liable. Please contact massimo shop by phone or email for a solution to the problem. Massimo shop will refund the cost of returning the parcel.
