1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through massimo.dk and govern the relationship between you as a customer and massimo copenhagen ApS.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.

However, colours may vary depending on your screen and lighting conditions, and handmade or natural materials may have natural variations in colour, texture and appearance.

Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on massimo.dk are stated in the currency shown on the website and include applicable VAT for orders where VAT is charged.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and incorrect product information. If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order.

This email confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of the order.

A binding purchase agreement is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and/or when the order is dispatched, as applicable.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any payment already made.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed through our payment provider. massimo copenhagen does not have access to your full payment card details.

All payment information is transmitted through secure connections and handled by the relevant payment service provider.

6. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable exemptions.

Customers can exercise this right through their customer account on massimo.dk (self-service) or by contacting us at info@massimo.dk. We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal.

In addition, massimo offers a voluntary 30-day return policy under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item when exercising the right of withdrawal or our voluntary return policy.

Customers may arrange the return themselves, or massimo can assist with booking the return shipment and provide a return label. If massimo books the return shipment, the applicable return shipping cost will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.

8. Complaints and Statutory Rights

As a consumer, you have a 24-month statutory right to complain about defects in accordance with applicable Danish consumer law.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

If your complaint is justified, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and may offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for justified complaints.

9. Custom and Personalised Products

Products that are custom-made, personalised or specially produced according to the customer’s specifications may be subject to different cancellation and return rules where permitted by applicable law.

Any specific conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on massimo.dk, including photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos, designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to massimo copenhagen ApS and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
