Use of massimo Spot Remover. The product works best on stains when applied immediately. However, it can also help loosen a dried stain if you need to get hold of the product first.

• Spray the product onto the stain and let it sit for 30 seconds.
  Use a blunt object to work the product into the stain, and you will see the stain lifting from the carpet.
• Use the cloth to remove the stain and the product, but again, do this carefully to avoid damaging the carpet fibers.
• If the stain is not completely removed, repeat the process.
• If the treatment leaves a mark, this may indicate that the carpet is generally soiled and needs to be cleaned. It is important to understand that a stain is a foreign substance on a quality carpet, and we cannot guarantee that the stain will disappear completely, but it should reduce the stain’s visibility on the carpet. If the stain is impossible to remove, we recommend having the rug cleaned by a professional.
