Pricing & Availability
All prices on the website are stated in DKK/EUR including VAT, and prices apply at the time of purchase. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. Dispatch times are estimates. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the time of dispatch or pick-up.
Contract
When you place an order with Massimo Shop, you agree to enter into a contract with us. Once your order has been received, we will send an automatic receipt by email confirming your order. Please note that your offer to purchase the items is not legally accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an invoice by email stating the dispatch date and the withdrawal of payment. We recommend that you print and keep all correspondence from us relating to your order.
Delivery of your parcel
From the point at which you place an order, your parcel is packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. Parcels are sent through DHL or FedEx.
The shipping fee depends on the destination country. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before final acceptance of your order. Tracking information will be sent when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
If your goods are damaged during transportation, Massimo Shop is liable. Please contact us by phone or email so we can resolve the issue. Massimo Shop will refund the cost of returning the parcel where applicable.
Payment
We currently accept VISA, Dankort, eDankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. Payment will not be deducted from your account until dispatch or pick-up. All prices shown on the website include 25% VAT.
Security
Massimo Shop works with PBS and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information sent over the internet in connection with a purchase is secure and encrypted.
When you register payment information, you enter the “secure area,” where all information is encrypted. Massimo Shop does not receive your card number or expiry date—only confirmation that the payment has been approved.
You are not liable for unauthorised use of your card in an online store that uses SSL technology.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If the received carpet does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact us before sending the item back. Refunds take place within 10 days from receiving the returned goods.

You may return goods by booking shipment yourself or we can book the return for you and send a label. In such cases, return freight will be charged unless we made an error in connection with your purchase. The return fee depends on the destination country.
Please return goods in their original condition and packaging.
Custom orders are not cancellable and not refundable.

Right of complaint
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint from the day you receive your goods. You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction if the item has a defect that existed at delivery.
The defect must not be caused by improper use or other damaging behaviour.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If your claim is approved, we will refund documented return shipping costs.
Please return the goods with a description of the issue.
Personal information and data protection
To shop at Massimo Shop we require the following information: name, address, telephone number, email address.
All customer information is treated in strict compliance with applicable data protection rules. No personally identifiable data is shared with third parties. Only anonymous traffic statistics are collected to improve the user experience.
Shopping age limits
We do not sell products to individuals under the age of 18. For younger shoppers, we recommend assistance from a parent or guardian.
