Pricing & Availability
All prices on the website are stated in DKK/EUR including VAT, and prices apply at the time of purchase. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. Dispatch times are estimates. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the time of dispatch or pick up.
When you place an order with massimo shop, you agree to enter into a contract with us. Once your order has been received, we will send you a receipt by email confirming your order which is an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Please note that your offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is dispatched from massimo shop you will receive an invoice by email stating time of dispatch and withdrawal of payment. We recommend that you print and keep all correspondence from us relating to your order.
Delivery of your parcel
From the point at which you place an order with massimo shop your parcel is packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. Parcels are sent through DHL, except for Denmark where parcels are sent through PostNord. The shipping/expedition fee depends on which country you live in, but in EU, Norway and Switzerland the price is EUR 30 per carpet. When placing an order in our webshop you can see the exact shipping costs on the checkout pages, before your make your final acceptance. Tracking info will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
If your goods are damaged during the transportation, massimo shop is liable. Please contact massimo shop by phone or email for a solution to the problem. Massimo shop will refund the cost of returning the parcel.
We currently accept a variety of payment forms including VISA, Dankort, eDankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and JCB. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the time of dispatch or pick up. All prices shown on the website include 25% VAT.
massimo shop has a partnership with PBS, and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all information sent over the internet in connection with a purchase is secure and encrypted. Neither massimo shop nor others have the opportunity to see your information.
When you are asked to register your payment information, credit card number, validity date, etc.you enter the “secure area”. In the secure area information is encrypted. The card is controlled for validity and as soon as an approval of the credit card is in place you will receive an automatic receipt.
Massimo shop will not receive your credit card number nor the due date on the card, but get a message that the amount is booked to massimo shop for later transaction when your goods are sent from our warehouse. When goods are dispatched, your account will be charged and you will receive an invoice confirmation e-mail. You are not liable if your card should be used without your accept in an internet store which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Return of goods purchased
If the received carpet do not meet your expectations, you can return the carpet within 14 days. At Christmas this period is usually extended. Please contact us ahead of the return explaining the reason for returning your goods. Refunds take place within 10 days from receiving the returned goods. Please include a note in your parcel with the following details: order number, name, address, telephone number, and bank details.
When you wish to return goods to us, we will book the shipping and send return label to you. You will be required to pay for return fright unless we have made an error in connection with your purchase. The return shipping/expedition fee depends on which country you live in, but in EU, Norway and Switzerland the price is EUR 40 per carpet. For other countries we will inform you about the price before dispatch. Please return goods to us in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that custom orders are not cancellable and not refundable.
Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a right of complaint within a 24 month period from the day you receive your goods purchased from massimo shop. This means that you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction if your purchase has a defect and that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The defect must not be caused by improper use of the goods or other harmful behavior.
You must make your claim within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the defect. If your claim is justified, we will also refund your documented shipping costs when you returned the goods. If you wish to make a claim according to your right of complaint, return your goods with proper explanation.

All information that is provided by the customer while shopping at our website is only used to ensure an easy and convenient shopping experience. Information is treated in strict compliance with all applicable data protection rules laid down by consumer legislation. No data that identifies the individual is passed on to any third party. The only statistics that are collected relate to site traffic, which is used for the purpose of improving your experience on massimo shop.
Shopping age limits
Massimo shop does not sell its products to minors under the age of 18. In cases of shoppers under this age, we suggest that you get assistance from a parent or guardian.
To the fullest extent possible, massimo shop provides accurate content on this website. Occasionally there may be price changes, sold out goods and unintentional errors on the website. We reserve the right not to be liable for errors or changes incurred in this respect. Unless otherwise stated, no employee, affiliate or representative of massimo shop is liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products and services sold on this website.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with Danish law. All disputes will be settled in respect to Danish legislation.
