Brug støvsugeren – ofte når tæppet er nyt, da det vil give fnug i en periode. Støvsug i retning af bunken. Aldrig med børsten nede, og brug ikke robotstøvsuger
Pletter
Dup straks området med en hvid bomuldsklud for at forhindre pletten i at trænge ind i fibrene. Drys forsigtigt lidt vand på pletten og dup igen med en hvid bomuldsklud. Hvis pletten ikke er forsvundet, skal tæppet rengøres af en professionel. Rengør aldrig med kemikalier!
Opretholdelse
Det er en god idé at vende tæppet rundt to gange om året for at undgå ujævnt slid og placere fx filt under fødderne af tunge møbler, der står på tæppet. Bemærk, at farverne kan falme, hvis tæppet udsættes for stærkt sollys i længere tid. Der kan forekomme pletter fra bagsiden af tæppet, så det anbefales at bruge et underlagsgulvtæppe på sarte overflader.
I nogle af vores kvaliteter som Bamboo, Earth Bamboo og Earth vil der forekomme trykmærker fra møbler. I de fleste tilfælde kan de fjernes ved forsigtigt at børste stedet med en bomuldsklud eller ved at bruge et dampstrygejern. Brug aldrig dampstrygejernet direkte på tæppet. Trykmærker fra stole skal altid accepteres ved brug af disse kvaliteter under et spise- eller konferencebord.
